How to Guides

What you should know

If you own or are responsible for administering an Isle of Man company formed under the 1931 Act, then there are certain filings required to be made at the Companies Registry if you make any changes to the organisation of your company.

This includes things such as changing directors or the secretary, issuing new shares, changing the registered office address or changing the name of the Company.

The 1931 Act is quite complicated, so It’s not always clear what to do in these circumstances. In order to assist, in conjunction with our partners at www.companieshouse.im we have prepared some “how to” guides to help you.
